Lockwood Autobody is looking for two people to join our team!!
Front Office:
To work closely with insurance companies, clients, and the body shop team to ensure the accurate and efficient repair of damaged vehicles.
-Estimating the cost of labor and parts to repair or replace each damaged item.
-Reviewing repair cost estimates with body shop manager or foreman.
-Communicating effectively with clients, insurance adjusters and body shop staff.
-Using computer software to prepare itemized estimates and reports.
Body Shop Technician:
They will be working in the shop, closely with other technicians to helping ensure customers vehicle is repaired to pre accident condition.
-Using specialized tools to perform repairs and body panel replacement.
-Removing or repairing damaged parts of vehicles.
-Sanding, buffing, and priming refurbished and repaired surfaces.
-Reassembling vehicles and parts after repairs.
-Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to industry safety standards.
- Apprenticeship opportunity available.

Attention Bow Valley Locals! Lockwood Autobody is looking for a driven individual who has interest in an introductory role within the Auto Body repair field

This position offers exponential room for gaining knowledge, skills, and self development in a competitive and rapidly growing industry.

No experience required - we are happy to take on an apprentice, or provide full training and a doorway into the industry for individuals committed and willing to work.
We are inclusive and encourage all who would like to get into the Auto Body industry to apply

The ideal candidate will have an interest in learning about vehicles and what it takes to repair them to original equipment manufacturer standards and sees themselves in the industry long term.

Applicants will be learning the removal and installation of components, small repairs, how to prep vehicles for paint, and other steps that move the vehicle along the collision repair process. Heavy lifting and standing on your feet for long hours are some of the more demanding roles of the job, but attention to detail and time management are what will make you a success.

Full time hours 8-5 Monday-Friday with two weeks paid time off in the middle of the summer

Starting wage is 24-28/hour depending on starting skill and experience.
