Nothing brings our team together quite like a little friendly competition on the ice! 🏒

For the fourth year in a row, Fountain Tire associates hit the rink before our annual Managers' Meeting for a game full of energy, cheers, and team spirit. Congratulations to this year’s Fountain Tire Champs.

No matter the score, we’re on this road together!

And just like that, summer 2026 has come and gone! Across Fountain Tire, our associates made it one to remember, celebrating new store openings in Stony Plain, Kelowna and Courtenay, taking part in community parades, hosting BBQs, and creating memorable moments with customers, neighbours and teammates.

This summer was especially meaningful as we continued celebrating our 70th anniversary and the people who have helped make Fountain Tire what it is today. Thank you for being part of our community and for helping make this milestone summer so special.

Being Canadian means knowing hockey season is here.

It’s the time of year when highlight-worthy plays find their way into every conversation, everyone has a Cup prediction, and suddenly we all know what our team needs to do to succeed.

We’ll be no different... but in our defence, we’re proud sponsors of Canadian hockey teams, so we’re a little biased.

Who are you cheering on this season?

Back to school season is officially here. Excited? Of course you are.

Between corralling kids into cars and somehow getting them to 95 activities that all start at the same time, it’s a busy season.

But let’s not forget the real back to school tradition... questionable haircuts and outfits you were somehow allowed to leave the house in. We’ve all got one.

What was your favourite back-to-school outfit?

Happy long weekend!

Whether you’re heading out of town, running errands, or attempting to finish that renovation project you confidently started in June, we hope you enjoy the last long weekend of summer.

Drive safe, have a great weekend, and maybe finish that project.

What’s on the weekend agenda for you?

Are you ready for back-to-school season?

Transitioning from slow drives to the lake and spontaneous ice cream runs can be tough. But look on the bright side... you can now enjoy slow coffee runs after drop-offs?

Between school pickups, sports practices, and all the "I'm just going to run out quickly" trips, you have a busy schedule ahead.

Make sure your vehicle is ready for what comes its way, with an oil change, tire maintenance, and anything else you might need. Our associates are here to help vehicle care be one less thing on your back-to-school list. https://ow.ly/gK8850ZHsqC

His career started as a tire technician in Leduc, Alberta. He moved through the ranks working as a service truck operator, inside sales representative and then assistant manager.

Chris and his partner Erin moved to Campbell River just a short while ago. So far, they have enjoyed exploring Elk Falls, some local restaurants, and boutiques. If you have any suggestions on places to check out, be sure to let them know!

Chris is excited for the opportunity to share his retail and commercial experience with the Campbell River team and get to know the community.
