📣 WE’RE HIRING – PROJECT MANAGER
McCrea’s Welding Ltd. Campbell River, BC
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team full-time.
This is a hands-on project management position within the steel, aluminum and marine fabrication industry. We’re looking for someone who understands fabrication, can confidently read drawings and take a project from estimating/take-off through fabrication and completion.
🔧 What we’re looking for:
• Strong knowledge of steel and aluminum fabrication
• Ability to confidently read and interpret fabrication drawings
• Experience completing material take-offs
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate multiple fabrication projects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with shop personnel, customers, suppliers and subcontractors
• Able to work independently and keep projects moving on schedule
• CWB Supervisor experience/certification is an asset, but not required
• CAD experience is an asset
📅 Position: Full-time, Monday–Friday
