If you’ve stopped by Water Street Auto, there’s a good chance you’ve already met Mike, one of our Service Advisors and a familiar face around the shop.

Born and raised in Cambridge, Mike attended Jacob Hespeler Secondary School and now spends his days helping our customers understand what their vehicles need and making the service process as straightforward as possible.

Winnie continues to take her role at Water Street Auto very seriously. Between making her rounds around the shop, checking in on the team and making sure everyone gets a proper greeting, she’s quickly become an important part of the Water Street crew. 🐶

She may not be able to help with an oil change or diagnose that strange noise coming from your vehicle, but when it comes to making the shop a little more welcoming, Winnie has it covered!

We love having her around, and judging by the attention she gets, we think our customers do too. 😊
