❤️ Why Emotional Intelligence Is the Future of Voice AI

Ever called a business and felt like the AI on the other end just didn't "get" you? There's actual science behind that frustration.

New research in the Journal of Business Research reveals that most voice AI systems struggle with emotional intelligence. They reduce your feelings to simple data points instead of truly understanding the emotional context of your situation.

The result? Customers feel like businesses care less about them when AI can't show genuine understanding and empathy.

But here's the important part: The research also shows that when AI CAN deliver emotional understanding, it creates great customer experiences. The difference is building emotional intelligence into the AI from the beginning.

That's the philosophy behind MORI. We don't focus on making customers think they're talking to a human - we focus on making sure they feel heard, understood, and genuinely helped.

What this means for dealerships:
✅ Customers feel respected and valued
✅ Service interactions that align with your brand values
✅ Better experiences that lead to more booked appointments

Quality AI isn't about tricks or deception. It's about genuine emotional intelligence that creates value for everyone. Want to read the full research? Link in comments. 👇
