We knew Samantha and her family had been wanting a Kia Carnival for a LONG time… just never had the chance to come check one out 👀

Then finally — one showed up on our lot 🎉

🚗 Another Happy Customer at Northland Kia! 🇨🇦

A few days ago, Vishnu stopped by to check out the Kia Sportage. At first, he wasn’t quite sure which trim was the right fit — he just wanted to come in, learn more about the vehicle, and take a closer look.

Our team member Julian welcomed him, went through the features, and after a solid test drive plus a professional breakdown of the different trims, everything became clear. Vishnu decided that the Sportage EX Premium was the perfect choice!

🚗💬 3AM Lead? No Problem. We Don’t Sleep on Our Customers.

The other night at 3-something AM, we received a lead from Wayne who urgently needed a vehicle. He was hoping to come in right when we opened to check it out.

At Northland Kia, we don’t hit snooze. ⏰

Our very own Julian saw the message in the middle of the night and responded right away to understand Wayne’s situation. Knowing how urgent it was, he quickly sent over a video walkaround so Wayne could get a first look at the vehicle before even stepping into the dealership.

By 8AM sharp, Wayne was here to see it in person, take it for a test drive, go over payment options, and get help navigating insurance.

And yes… he drove it home. 🎉
