🎉 The best part of my job isn't selling cars...
It's having the privilege of being part of my customers' biggest life milestones. ❤️
The other day, one of my longtime customers, Lowell (who has already purchased 3 vehicles from me 😄), called our dealership.
📞 "Julian, do you have any Kia Carnivals in stock?"
Instead of answering right away, I laughed and asked:
🤣 "Wait... is your wife pregnant again?"
He smiled and said:
👶 "Yes!"
I immediately congratulated him! 🎉🎉
Not long after, we booked an appointment for him to come in. With another baby on the way, it was time for a vehicle that could comfortably fit the whole family.
The moment he saw the Kia Carnival Hybrid, he loved it.
