It is with very heavy hearts that we share the news about the passing of Victor Thomas. Victor passed away suddenly while on the job March 7th, 2018. While trying to make sense of this tragedy and going through the grieving process, there are no words to express how deeply shattered we all were upon hearing the news. There have been many tears shed over the past week while finding solace in the memories of a truly great man.

Victor's career with us spanned an amazing two decades! He loved his truck, his profession and his City Wide family. He was truly one of a kind. A friend and a gentleman. His beaming smile will always be missed.

A memorial service will be held from 2-5pm at The Glenmore Inn on March 25th, 2018.

Please keep Victor's family and loved ones in your thoughts.

It’s been over a year since a tow truck driver was struck and killed while working on the side of the road in Saskatchewan and Calgary’s drivers and first responders held a slow down on Stoney Trail to highlight the importance of road safety.
