Wild Rose MX is a not-for-profit organization that operates and manages the Wild Rose Motocross Park Our goal at the WRMA (Wild Rose Motocross Assoc.)

- Beginners (Young and Old)

- Up and coming Racers.

- Fast semi-pro and pro riders.

- Casual riders. (Bush Riders)

Blackfoot Park is the only off road riding area near the City of Calgary. The park is built on City of Calgary land and managed by the Wild Rose Motocross Association, a registered non-for-profit organ

ization. The focus of the park is to provide off road and motocross riding opportunities in a safe, organized environmentally friendly way. We also conduct a events every year which range from fun club races to serious Provincial and Pro National level competitions. Our moto community always welcomes non-members and out of town riders, come join us! See you at the park!

Get ready for an action-packed weekend as Canada’s top riders battle it out at Wild Rose MX Park for Round 1 of the Triple Crown Series.

📅 Important Dates:
• June 2 - Trailers must be moved out be end of day
• June 5 - Move In Day (Teams/Pros/Amateurs - times TBD)
• June 6 – Amateur Day
• June 7 – Pro National & WMX

We’re looking for individuals to help with Round 1 of the Triple Crown Series Pro Nationals at Wild Rose MX Park.

📅 Thursday, June 4 | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📅 Sunday, June 7 | 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Duties may include assisting with event setup and teardown, moving equipment, assembling structures, and other event-related tasks.

💰 This is a paid position.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of one of our long-standing members, Rick Crockett #229.

Rick was a true moto enthusiast — riding, racing, attending events, and supporting the park for more than 40 years. His passion for the sport and dedication to the moto community left a lasting impact on so many. He will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Thank you, Rick, for your unwavering support, the memories, and the passion you brought to the track over the years. Your legacy at the park will never be forgotten.

We will share details regarding a gathering to celebrate Rick’s life once we know more. Our thoughts are with Rick’s family and loved ones.

It’s been a roller coaster of emotions as we prepared for what we originally believed would be our 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 at Wild Rose MX Park.

This morning, we received official confirmation from the City of Calgary that our 𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗛𝗔𝗦 𝗕𝗘𝗘𝗡 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗗 for one more year — through the 𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳!

This is incredible news and means we can continue planning another full season of racing, riding, and events at the park we all love.

That said, we know our time at this legendary site will eventually 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗱. Our 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 is working tirelessly to explore potential alternative locations to continue the WRMA legacy for years to come.

We’re always 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 to join the effort. If you’d like to be involved, send us a DM.

𝟭𝟭 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 until Round 1 of .ca 𝗣𝗿𝗼 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 right here at Wild Rose MX.

Track will be open (weather permitting) for practice. Here is the schedule for the week:

✅ Thursday, May 28: on Basecamp Motorsport Hill Track
✅ Friday, May 29: Opens at 2 PM
✅ Saturday, May 30: Main track will be open
✅ Sunday, May 31: Main track will be open
✅ Monday, June 1: Closed
✅ Tuesday, June 2: Main track will be open
⛔️ Track closes Wednesday to prep for the Nationals and will re-open the following week for casual riding.

📱Anyone entering the park must download the MX-Tickets app, set up a profile to purchase day ride or spectator fee for practice days.
