I don’t post on Facebook very often.

I do however, post to YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok on a regular basis.

Recently I had someone on Instagram stealing all my videos and selling parts with my videos. I made a video about this (on ig, tt)

This morning, I had someone DM me with a Facebook account, copying my name and likeness, videos.
Posting nonsense.

So I signed up for Instagram and Facebook verified.

Attached are a couple screenshots of the scam account.
I can assure you, I DO NOT care about celebrity tabloid nonsense.
THE LINKS ON THIS PERSONS POSTS ARE MALWARE.

Watch out for scammers/ hackers

Change your coolant more!
Notice the new R1 in the background? Its actually a 2015 with 8000kms on it.

On the left is some fresh coolant that just went in the bike, on the right is the stuff I drained from it, and the water I flushed through it. It’s only 4 years old with low KM, and that’s what it looks like!
Now just imagine what it would look like after 10 years, or 15!

So how often should you change it?

Fun fact; coolant on *most* motorcycles needs to be changed every 3-4 years. Not when it ‘looks bad’.
Why? Coolant breaks down like anything else and it becomes quite acidic. This is because the ‘corrosion inhibitors’ break down.
Then it starts to eat away at all the little things in your bike, like your radiator, engine, thermostat, water pump and pretty much everything else it’s in.

So keeping it fresh will prevent that. Also bikes don’t typically use long life coolant

(This goes for your car as well, look in your owners manuals for exact intervals)

When was the last time your coolant was changed?

Need help flushing it out? Check the link below to book me in! (Calgary area only)

Check out Aprilia’s new Hooverbike.
Gee wiz I can’t wait to get one 😀.
Or maybe I should put the wheels back on.
New tires, oil change, and tuneup for the 2019 season 💪
If you ever get a chance to ride or at least listen to these things, they’re nasty (definitely in a good way)

Here's a quick rundown on how your typical japanese sportbike valves work, and why they stay in spec for a long time. I don't really dive into any details just want to give you a quick birdseye view of whats happening. This was on a zx10 with 60000kms that i did today. The valve clearances were within spec, cams were removed to replace the chain which was shot. Enjoy!
