It's feels like it's been forever since we've posted. We've been extremely busy in the new shop and with some new equipment moving in it hasn't slowed down at all!

We'll work on getting more things posted, but for now check out some of what we've been up too

Another sbf out the door!

This 351w has been stroked to a 393 and features Afr renegade 185 CNC heads, a stout comp cams valvetrain and a fully forged rotating assembly.
351w are difficult to find a decent EFI setup so we went with the edelbrock proflo4 mpfi. It keeps an old school look while bringing in modern sequential injection and an easy to tune ECU.

This engine made 530tq and 556hp with a super good street-able torque curve.

Not everything needs to be built to the highest HP.

The more we move along the more we understand the need for good honest street engines.

This Big Block Chevy engine is just that. Low (to us) compression, street able roller cam, classic iron 781 heads that have a modern valve and spring package and overall just a simple engine. Perfect for a classic car that's just out to cruise

We look forward to focusing on our street rod stuff while of course always making room for our boosted, and high performance engines.

A blueprint engine!?

Our customer was looking for a blueprint engine for their project, and with the SBF's on what seems like a forever back order, we did our best to replicate their engine.

This engine features a really nice icon piston and s**t long rod combo, a comp cam, and a 4 inch crank. All of this.was stuffed into a kind of rare roller 351w block.

This was finished off with of course blueprint engine heads, as well as comp rockers, comp pushrods, and comp lifters.

While we do believe there are lots of improvements that can be made over the BPE, this will prove to be a good street combo.

We don't have build pictures of this engine but it turned out to be quite the little performer.

A bit of a rush job after our clients engine spun a main bearing, this had to go through every machining process to get it back up to usable standards.

Essentially a pretty standard rebuild with some upgrades throughout. A torque focused BTR cam, comp springs, king bearings, fully machined heads with Stainless valves.

The power output was so impressive and caught us so off guard we questioned if the dyno wasnt reading right. It certainly was bang on, and it left us impressed.

This engine is going into a truck, but would be an incredible swap for any hotrod project.

More and more were becoming sbf people.

This was a very nice, very stout 393 stroker build. The 393 is a great choice for an upgraded 351w. It uses easy to find components, builds a good torque base, and isn't hard on the wallet.

We have a bunch in the pipeline so keep watching for some incredible builds.

More boosted LS engines.

Another really nice mild boost LS 6.0 featuring a full BTR valve train, forged pistons, stainless valves, and tons of upgrades throughout!

This mild boost ready LS engine is the perfect street car setup. Featuring gen4 rods with a forged piston, very street-able camshaft with a dual spring upgrade, fully balanced and blueprinted. Trunnion upgrades, stainless valves.. everything you need for a boosted street car.

Another ford done and on its way out the door.

It seems that classic fords have taken off and there's something to be said about the classic small blocks.

This 302 came in with what seemed like a well setup package but digging deeper found that it was a slap and go project. Once torn down we noticed that the cylinders were 30 over already but never machined before the new stroker kit went in. Once measured it was pretty worn past that, so it had to go bigger.

We took the opportunity to get a 4.037 piston from to reduce the amount of machining needed. Cleaned the block, squared up and surfaced the decks and got everything trued up.

We then balanced the complete rotating assembly which was clear wasn't balanced before being put into the engine.

We then added in a pretty stout comp cams camshaft with a set of Afr enforcer heads, and rounded out the build with roller rockers and upgraded pushrods.

This engine is headed to the dyno in a couple weeks and we have very big expectations for it.
