ld be defined as crossover's and up and large vehicles would include mini-vans, vans, trucks, and full-sized SUV's) the price increases due to the increased time required to complete the detailing.

•While I strive for perfection, I can not guarantee that all stains will be removed, some are just too embedded o lift.
• Appointments are subject to change based on weather.
• I will require access to an exterior or interior plug. If you can not provide this, we will discuss other options on a case-by-case basis.
• Before detailing your vehicle, I like to do a walk around with the customer, however, given COVID, I take before and after photos or a video walk around.
• I take all precautions when detailing, including wearing a filtered mask and gloves.
• Details that are excessively dirty or require extensive hours to complete due to vehicle state, the customer will be charged an additional $50/hr or $12.50/15 min. Customers will be notified if this becomes the case, though usually, we can indicate this before beginning the detail.
• I come to you at no additional cost within Calgary city limits. Traveling outside of Calgary will be done on a per request basis and includes a flat $10.00 fee for travel.
• If you have any reservations about chemicals being used, I can do chemical-free detailing, though the timeline for completion can take longer, depending on the state of the vehicle. Please let me know if you prefer no chemicals.
• If you have any allergies to scents, cleaners, or chemical substances, please let me know beforehand so I can use different products and methods.
• I only ever remove seats and trim components if it becomes necessary to ensure a high standard of services.
• Exterior wash services are done as close to the customer as possible. When able, I will attempt to give the customer a few choices and allow them to pick, but this may not always be the case, depending on availability etc.
• I will confirm with the customer the night before the appointment time, at which point we will discuss the process, needs, and requirements; as well as answer any additional questions the customer may have. I will also confirm if the customer agrees to allow their vehicle to be photographed/filmed before, during, and after the service. How it works:
• All I need is access to your vehicle and access to an ELECTRICAL outlet. And I bring the equipment & water; I take all the water with me, so there's no runoff in adherence with city/town bylaws.
• Book using the 'book now' tab. When you book, please indicate what your vehicle is, if it is located outside or in a garage, and if that garage is heated. I will confirm these questions at booking and again before the appointment. **All bookings are subject to weather/temperature if the vehicle is in the cold as the temperature drastically affects drying time and the ability to properly clean the vehicle**
• I will contact you the evening before the appointment to confirm the details and go over any concerns or questions you may have, as well to confirm the type of service you would like.
• Payments are received after the services are completed and the customer is satisfied. Payments can be cash or e-transfer. (A debit system is currently being set up, but it's not usable at the moment). You can e-transfer to [email protected]
• For exterior washes, I will find the wash Bay closest to your location or give you a list of options near you and meet you at the location at the agreed time. You may choose to remain in the vehicle, or drop and pick up.
