And this is why all of our performance engines run roller cams and lifters. This client sent in his old engine as a core. He said that the engine hadn’t been running well for a long time. After changing the distributor, wires, and even the carburetor, he was unable to get the engine to perform well. Now he knows why. Flat tappet cams are not worth the risk. Pay a little more now, or a lot more later! His new Stage 2 small block will have a roller cam, roller lifters and roller rockers. No more worries about a potential cam failure.

Mike’s 427 small block ford on the dyno. 581hp and 575tq. Hydraulic roller, pump gas, and street friendly. This should get his 2200lb Cobra kit car moving!

The 2026 Langley Good Times Cruise in was a success. Due to some health issues in the family, we were unable to attend with a booth this year. But next year we will be there in full force with engines on display!

Dyno days are always fun, especially when you’re in good company. We had Mike’s 414 SBC on the dyno and everything went great. An honest 600hp street motor for his 67 Camaro. Set up for 93 octane 💪🏻🤙🏻
