The Professional Towing Association of Ontario (PTAO) is proud to host the National Traffic Incident Management (TIM) Responder Training Program — designed by responders, for responders, to help improve safety, communication, and efficiency at roadside incidents.

This course is built around three key objectives:

✔️ Prompt, Reliable, Interoperable Communications
