A few weeks ago I was detailing Volkswagen Tiguan at her work place. (I go wherever you & your vehicle are)

A gentleman came to help his daughter boost her car because her battery was dead. During this time the gentleman (who’s name is Michael) came up to me and asked if I was a detailer. Of course I told him “Yes!”, “I am a mobile detailer”. We began to have small talk and he asked if I could book him in my calendar for later in June. His original appointment was scheduled for last week Thursday, but he had to take his wife to the doctor as she has been experiencing sciatic nerve pain in her lower back.

So we rescheduled for today. Michael told me he and his wife just moved to Toronto from Alberta 6 months ago. He said he got his vehicle detailed often back in Alberta but ever since moving to the 6ix he hasn’t had time to get it done. He was also approached by another detailer after we originally met and he took his card, but when he got home that day he said, “Why would I take my vehicle to a shop when you (Me) can come right to my home?” He followed that up by saying, “And I’m sure you’re going to do a far superior job than they would” 🔥

Michael who is 73, I wish you Happy Father’s Day and thank you for our conversation and the stories you shared.

Even the little guys need some love 🥰

Today’s vehicle was a Hyundai Accent that is owned by an Arborist. This vehicle had a lot of mud, sawdust & wood chips. Aiden told me it doesn’t need to be perfect because it’s only going to get mud & sawdust in it again, but he would enjoy it while it lasted.

If you know me, you know how much of perfectionist I am with anything I do in life. I will always give maximum effort regardless of what vehicle it is.

The results always speak for itself.

Today I had the privilege of detailing this Dodge Journey that has never been detailed before.

This vehicle was given to a friend of mine from her Father who passed away 🙏🏽

I was told her Dad always took care of his vehicle (he definitely did) and it certainly showed. This Dodge is in excellent shape for its age.

After spending 5 hours detailing I asked Carolyn & her mother to come and take look. I always want my clients to check my work before I leave in case I miss something. I was not expecting the reaction I got today. Carolyn’s mother was so shocked at the results. She told her daughter “Look Carolyn the chocolate milk stain is gone!! OMG and all the coke stains on the top as well!!” 😲 (I forgot to take pictures of that 😔 but a coke bottle exploded in the back and got all over the ceiling of the vehicle)

She gave me a BIG HUG and said her husband would be so happy right now as she cried 😢😭

As we hugged I told her “He is happy, he watched me the whole time 🙂”

She was so thankful, I am so thankful.

You never know the stories you’ll hear about a persons vehicle. Just one of the perks I appreciate 🥰
