The Backyard Water Hydrant Company began operations in 2016 by current owners John Leggett and Kyle Jenkins. The head office is located in the small community of Burk's Falls, Ontario, Canada, in the heart of the Almaguin Highlands region. The manufacturing facility is located approximately 100 kilometers north in the city of North Bay, Ontario, Canada. In the rural areas of our country, water was supplied by a spring or dug well. With the advancement of modern technology, drilled wells became more prevalent in the last 20 years. Up until today, drilled wells were simply capped. Not anymore! We currently offer two, patent pending, styles of water hydrants that mount on top of your drilled well. These are fully functional for you to use and enjoy year round.
