🚗 Understanding the BDE Course Process — Set Yourself Up for Success!

At Preferred Driving School, our goal is to help every student become a safe, confident driver and work toward achieving their G2 licence goals.

The BDE course is designed as a process — and your commitment throughout the course matters!

💻 Complete Your Online Training Promptly
Students are encouraged to complete their online portion as soon as possible. With consistent effort, the online training can be completed in approximately two weeks.

🚘 Give Your Instructor Time to Build Your Skills
Once your online training is completed, your instructor can properly plan your in-vehicle lessons based on your individual needs, experience and goals.

📅 Plan Ahead for Your G2 Road Test
One of the biggest challenges occurs when students take an extended amount of time to complete the online portion and then expect all of their in-car training to be completed within just a couple of weeks.

This is not how the BDE course is designed to work.

Your in-car training requires time to develop skills, confidence and safe driving habits. Spreading your lessons appropriately gives your instructor the opportunity to assess your progress and build upon each lesson.

✅ Our recommendation:
Complete your online training as soon as you can, communicate with your instructor, attend your lessons consistently, and allow adequate time for your skills to develop.

The earlier you get started and stay committed to the process, the better positioned you are to work toward the G2 test date you prefer.
