Well here is a bit of a recap of our run at utica Rome speedway

We hit the road at 9:30 so we had time to stop for fuel and to pick up some food.

The night started off great we unloaded extremely well going quickest overall and pulling a good number to start the heat race.

In the heat race we stared p2 and got an amazing start that got us up to p1 by turn one. We put down some good laps and won the heat race by almost a straight away.

The team is really proud of that considering this was our first race in the travelling car that we built over the winter

In the feature we were going to start p1 but mother nature decided it was going to rain us out when we were running good 🙄. I think we would have had a very good chance at bringing home the win that night but there’s nothing we can do about it.

A huge shoutout goes to Ken's Auto (St. George) Inc. for letting us use his truck to get us down there, if it wasn’t for him we would’ve have been down there so a huge thank you goes out to him.

But overall a great experience and a lot of fun for our team and we are excited for the next one .
