A quality repair doesn’t always have to mean replacing everything.

The owner of this Toyota RAV4 was paying out of pocket and wanted to keep the cost as low as possible. Ram and Abdul repaired and prepped the front-end damage, then Dave finished it off with a fresh paint job.

We worked with the customer’s budget to find a practical repair option while still delivering a clean result.

This BMW came in for a rust repair and somehow left with a freshly painted rear bumper and new door handles for free 😂

The technician had the bumper painted without realizing it was not part of the repair, and we replaced the handles because we thought we had broken them.

Sometimes our mistakes work out in the customer’s favour 👀

Just another normal day at the AutoTech front desk… until the parts supplier said “thank you sir” to Kaitlyn on the phone 😭

The best part? The delivery driver heard the whole thing and couldn’t stop laughing.
