Nick’s 9th is BACK — and we turned the titanium dial all the way up.
Charge pipes were just the warm-up…this time he gave us full freedom on the intake and told us to SEND IT.

And we did.

This thing came out absolutely unreal —aggressive lines, flawless welds, and a Vibrant HD clamp off the PTE turbo’s cold side tying it all together like a straight-up showpiece.

Another heavy-hitting titanium flex for a build that just keeps leveling up.

This Chevy wagon came in for a precision-built custom water box. The project began with a 3D scan of the area, followed by CAD design and CNC plasma cutting to achieve an exact fit and provide the client with a clear visualization of the final product.

In addition, we welded a HD clamp onto the turbo system for improved reliability and durability. The existing downpipe received a bronze Cerakote finish, delivering both enhanced thermal control within the engine bay and a refined appearance.

Next up it’s off to for that bling!

This beautiful B9 S4 came in for a full custom turbo setup, built around a Garrett G40 turbocharger. The G40 offers lightning-fast spool with plenty of top-end power, making it a perfect match for Audi’s 3.0T platform.

The custom manifold, wastegate placement, and supporting hardware were all tailored for this setup to maximize efficiency and reliability. Everything is being dialed in so the car will be both street-friendly and an absolute weapon on the strip.

Built using materials
a.v12 is just about ready to party while handles the finishing touches on the install. Expect this car to be laying down some serious numbers soon — stay tuned!

Kevin’s 340i is back in the shop for another round of precision fabrication and high-performance enhancements. This time, we focused on both performance and aesthetics:

Titanium Fabrication:
More custom titanium work to complement the previous upgrades—lightweight, strong, and built to handle serious heat.

Custom 3.5” Downpipe:
We fabricated a new downpipe, finished in Cerakote high-temp coating to effectively manage exhaust temperatures and protect surrounding components.

Powder Coated Turbo & Intake Manifold:
To complete the build, we powder coated the turbo and intake manifold—giving them a sleek, durable finish that not only looks sharp but also stands up to high engine bay temps.

This 340i is really coming into its own—clean, efficient, and built to perform.

Titanium doesn’t stop!

Eddy started with titanium charge pipes—and now he’s all in! This round, we took things to the next level: a custom titanium fuse box cover with precision laser engraving, a titanium strut bar, and a one-off titanium catch can with an integrated coolant overflow.

This setup is nothing short of incredible. Eddy’s thrilled, and honestly, the whole team is just as stoked with how it turned out. The hours poured into this build were no joke, but every second was worth it.

Stainless steel turbo manifold runners, hand-built for precision. Every weld is back purged to ensure the utmost quality and performance. Back purging involves filling the inside of the manifold with an inert gas (usually argon) while welding, preventing oxidation and ensuring clean, strong welds that maintain the integrity of the material. This process is vital for performance builds, where heat and pressure can otherwise compromise the manifold’s strength. The result? A durable, reliable piece engineered for peak performance.
