Job Posting: Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, Leading to Full-Time)

We are a fast-paced and growing tire shop seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will start part-time with the opportunity to move into a full-time role for the right candidate.

Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily operations, customer service, and office organization in a busy shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phones and greeting customers professionally
Scheduling appointments and coordinating workflow
Processing invoices, work orders, and payments
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with inventory, ordering, and filing
Assisting in maintaining social media accounts and basic marketing initiatives
Supporting management and technicians with administrative tasks
Keeping the front office organized and efficient
Qualifications & Skills:

Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (POS systems, email, spreadsheets)
Strong attention to detail and time management
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Experience in automotive or tire industry is an asset, but not required
Position Details:

Part-time hours to start
