And for those who might be curious what the 3d printed assembly jigs look like for my turbo header.

Allows to place everything almost perfectly, and then place 3 tack welds on each joint. Then i remove the tube from the jig to weld completely.

Just finished this amazing engine swap for a track bike.

Derbi GPR 50 with an RM125 engine. Weights 200 pounds and that year RM125 was rated for 41 hp... will make for an interesting ride 😅😈

Lots of custom parts had to be made, one of them being the intake duct between the air filter and carb. I scanned the bike with the 3d scanner, then it was an easy job to design the duct and 3d print it in flexible polyurethane.

I also re-used my mountainbike milwaukee battery adaptor and mounted it inside the chassis to provide power for the EGT gauge.

Still lots of work needed to make the bike clean. I'll be doing a shakedown run shortly and if everything goes well i'll take it all apart to send a bunch of parts to powdercoat/paint and have some bodywork repaired.

For those looking for a replacement water pump cover or a cover that clears the RZ350 oil pump (OEM not available anymore), i designed this to be 3d printed. I made a bunch of different designs (including a blank OEM replica) for the water pump cover and can do custom logos and such for a fee. Also included in the bundle, a proper replacement for cracking OEM neutral switch, and same design as a block off plate.

Made a little tool to make a nice radius in the domes. Pretty satisfied with the result. 👌

On possède maintenant un scanner 3D pour réaliser les projets plus complexes. Dans ce cas cis, ça va permettre de faire la conception des chambres d'expansion et d'un airbox sur mesure pour adapter le moteur dans un chassis de RSV4
