I don’t celebrate Thanksgiving for its history — I celebrate it for what it means today: taking a pause to appreciate your hard work, your loved ones, and that stubborn old equipment that somehow still fires up.

This was the only motored toy I got the pleasure of riding a couple times when I was a kid, but I’ll never forget it!! Jumping rocks in the pastures with the alpacas, flipping over the handle bars, and trying to think of a good excuse of how I crashed it 😛 ahhh.. those were the days.

I’m clocked in at the dealership ‘til 5, then it’s straight home to the garage for the real fun — a couple stubborn carbs, an oil change or two, and probably a battle with something that “was running fine last year.” 🤣

PRO TIP TUESDAY!!

Cold nights are creeping in — which means it’s almost storage season for your small engines.

Before you park that mower or trimmer for the winter, run it dry or add fuel stabilizer.
Why? Because old gas turns into sticky varnish that clogs up your carb faster than the line builds at EB Games for a COD release.😅

If your machine’s been hard to start, rough running, or smells like old gas, bring it by and I’ll get it sorted before winter hits.
