18 YEARS. One incredible chapter. 🧡

This past Saturday marked the end of an era at Barrie Harley-Davidson as we said “see you later” to our longtime Service Manager and friend, Miles, after an incredible 18 years with BHD.

If you know Miles, you probably already know what we're going to say.

Dedication. Passion. A work ethic like you've never seen before, and a positive attitude no matter what the day throws his way.

Miles has always had a pretty simple outlook on life: life is too short, every day is a blessing, and whatever you're doing, don't forget to have some fun along the way. Anyone who has worked alongside him over the years knows he doesn't just say it. He lives it.

Now it's time for Miles to follow some of his own advice.

He's heading west to Saskatchewan for an exciting new career opportunity and, even more importantly, to be closer to family. Originally from B.C., the move also puts him one step closer to those mountains he knows so well.

After 18 years together, there are a lot of memories, laughs, long days and stories that could fill this post. More than anything, we're incredibly proud of Miles and excited to see him take this next step for himself and his family.

Miles will always be part of the Barrie Harley-Davidson family, and whenever the road brings him back our way, there will always be a place for him here.

This isn't goodbye, old friend. It's simply, see you later. 👊

🌽 If you’re going to spend a weekend at the Fall Fair, you’ve got to do it right! 😂

Mark, our Sales Manager, understood the assignment. Corn dogs first, motorcycles second. 🌭🏍️

We’ve had an awesome weekend at the Orillia Fall Fair at ODAS Park, and there’s still one full day of fun ahead!

There’s something pretty special about seeing a community tradition like this continue 176 years later. Generations of families have made memories at the Orillia Fall Fair, and we’re proud to have Barrie Harley-Davidson here this year as part of it.

If you’re looking for something to do today, come on out!

♍ Apparently, we've got a few Virgos in the Barrie Harley-Davidson family! 🎉🎂

We celebrated Bruce's birthday earlier this month, but he wasn't the only September birthday around here! Before we officially say goodbye to the month, we're celebrating four more members of our crew:

Laura, Adam and Kyle represent an incredible 26 years of combined experience at Barrie H-D, while Brandon is quickly approaching his own milestone, celebrating his first anniversary with our team this October! 👊

As a family-owned and operated dealership, we're proud of the people behind the business. Some have been with us for more than a decade, some are just getting started, but every one of them becomes part of the family and the community we've built here.

154 motorcycles. One final Coldwater Bike Night. And one heck of a send-off. 🏍️❤️

Mother Nature and the Motorcycle Gods were certainly looking out for us last night, giving everyone a beautiful fall evening to come together one more time in Coldwater.

And come together we did.

154 motorcycles were counted last night, with riders from across our area showing up to support our friends at Coldwater Bike Night and help give this incredible community tradition the proper send-off it deserved.

For the past eight years, the Coldwater Bike Night crew has put an incredible amount of time, energy and heart into bringing riders together. Barrie Harley-Davidson has been proud to support Coldwater Bike Night over the years, and we're incredibly grateful to everyone behind it for everything they've done for our local motorcycle community.

Pictured here is what the motorcycle community is all about. We show up. We support one another. And we support the communities we call home.

To the entire Coldwater Bike Night crew, THANK YOU for eight years of hard work, great evenings, countless motorcycles and plenty of memories along the way. What you've built has meant something to a lot of people.

And to every rider who showed up last night, whether you rode in with us, came from somewhere else or met everyone in Coldwater, thank you for helping our friends at Coldwater Bike Night go out with a parking lot full of motorcycles and people who wanted to be there. 👊

For the past eight years, you've given riders a place to gather, catch up with old friends, meet new ones and come together in support of the community.

Events like this don't happen on their own. They take people willing to give their time, energy and countless hours behind the scenes to create something special for the community they call home. The people behind Coldwater Bike Night have done exactly that, and your hard work over the years has not gone unnoticed.

🏍️ Dave's first Harley-Davidson. And the whole family was here for it. 🧡

Today was a pretty special delivery day at Barrie Harley-Davidson as Dave picked up his very first Harley-Davidson motorcycle, a beautiful 2026 Street Glide 117 in Aurora Blue Denim.

Making the day even better was seeing Dave's whole family come along to share the moment and support Dad as he gets ready for a whole new chapter of adventures.

As a family-owned and operated dealership, that's the kind of thing we love to see. Motorcycles may be what brings people through our doors, but it's the people, families and memories surrounding them that make days like this special.

Our Sales Manager Mark spent some time with Dave going through his new Street Glide before it was time to make it official. Now comes the best part: getting to know the bike and putting some kilometres behind that 117. 🤘
