Last night's training session with our powerful M6 Tractor.

This machine's strength makes it ideal for tackling heavy snowfall - ensuring you will have safely cleared roads and lots throughout our mountain town community. With driving speeds of up to 35 km/h, the M6 allows us to increase our efficiency by reducing travel time. This machine also has sodium filled tires which increases the weight and reduces spinning, permitting us to move tremendous amounts of snow!

Our fleet is not just a collection of vehicles and equipment; it's the backbone of our operation, ensuring we deliver unparalleled service every time and the M6 tractor is an integral part of this.

Operated by a full-time salaried employee with a heavy equipment operator ticket, the M6 represents our commitment to professionalism and top-tier snow removal technology in the Bow Valley.

Join our team as a Salaried Snow Shoveler and play a critical role in our snow clearing operations across various properties. Responsibilities include hand shovelling, operating the sand spreading truck, assisting heavy equipment operators, vehicle pre-inspection, and maintenance, including driving vehicles with trailers.

Requirements include a valid Alberta driver's license, willingness to learn trailer driving, interest in operating machinery, mechanical inclination, flexibility for long hours and on-call duties.

We offer a monthly salary of $5,000. It is a seasonal position with potential for full-time employment. Work schedule varies with snowfall and we operate on a trigger warning system for shifts.
