Main Responsibilities
• Greet customers in person and over the phone in a professional manner
• Schedule appointments for tire installation and maintenance
• Maintain customer records and issue invoices
• Perform basic bookkeeping (entering invoices, payments, deposits, etc.)
• Follow up on customer and supplier accounts
• Prepare monthly accounting reports in collaboration with management or the external accountant
• Handle general administrative tasks: filing, ordering supplies, inventory updates, etc.

Profile We’re Looking For
• Diploma in administration, accounting, or office work (or equivalent experience)
• Relevant experience in administrative and bookkeeping work (1 to 3 years minimum)
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage 50, Acomba, QuickBooks) — an asset
• Comfortable with basic computer tools (email, Excel, word processing)
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to multitask, especially during peak seasons (e.g., tire change season)
