Some 2.3 goofin with Mark Tibando this evening. Oil fill cap and breather b**g welded to valve cover and oil drain boss built up, drilled out and b**g welded into ranger oil pan. More to come on this build

Small repair on a 125cc ATC. Shift detent boss had broken off. I made a template where the original screw hole belongs, welded up a new boss and ground it into shape. Used the template to mark the hole location, drill and tap and reassemble.

When your 1 piece spark plug turns into 2 piece spark plug and causes a ruckus in your chamber you know who to call!
VERY LOW mileage obsolete edelbrock head needed a repair. Off to the machine shop

VMP Supercharger throttle body elbow doesn't fit well on gen 2 coyote and hits coil covers. Cut, slight angle added welded back together inside and outside and die grind to clean up.

We had another productive day at Benny's shop with his fox body. The bars are all welded to the plates and plates are welded to the floor. Cage isn't going anywhere. There are still 2 more bars that need to be welded in place from transmission tunnel up to the joint where harness bar meets main hoop and the rear bars still need to be welded to floor plates. I'll be the first to admit that im not the best welder but I feel I am competent enough to weld a strong chassis. Feel free to critique my work and give me useful tips.

Sometimes your parts don't always fit together like you plan. A pair of rotors were brought to me to have the hubs turned down to fit inside the bore of these wheels. Turned down from 68mm to 67mm.

Been busy in and out of the shop the last little while. BMW clutch replacement in my shop and 8.50 roll cage install in Benny G's shop. This fox is going to be a drag n drive stick shift monster when it hits the streets!
This January has seen more business than last year in total. And that's all on me. Thanks to everyone who continues to support my small business!

I didn't do much work for anyone in 2025 due to building my own project but 2026 is already looking busy. First complete customer job goes to my good friend and loyal customer Steve Schlodes. Thanks again for supporting me. Its been a while since these things came in the shop!
2.3 Lima Ford upper intake manifolds, gutted (except 1), cut and shortened, rotated 90* for a forward facing throttle body and welded back together. A crowd favorite for the old 2.3 Turbo crowd!
Notice the two variations of upper intake style. Lettered and Butt Crack variants!
