2012 Ram 3500 mega cab has lots of miles left in it but the rockers and cab corners were getting bad. I cut off the old rocker then opened the middle section to access the inner rocker. I was able to remove all the rust and treated everything inside with a rust converter. Then I welded on the new parts and with minimal bodywork prepped the lower area for paint. It turned out very nice! Just a small departure from the regular restorations I do but it’s still a restoration.

I’m slowly making progress on the 68 Cutlass. I’m so close to welding in the 1/4 panels. Just a little bit more prep on the panels then I can start. Next week will be full of hammer and dolly work.

A friend had a bad day driving out from BC back to Alberta for Christmas. I helped him by giving his old truck a new lease on life. A lot is just lipstick but it does look a lot better.

2025 was another awesome year with so many great people and cars coming to my shop. We were able to send a long term project home this fall. The 1974 Porsche 914 was completed. We saw some new cars to the shop this year and a few repeat customers. Thank you everyone for trusting us with your great rides.

The last week gave us a new project to start on. We were able
to get this 1971 Corevette dismantled and a parts list organized so that this car can be brought back from a fire this last summer.

We were able to send this beautiful blue Camaro back home this week. It is back in the hands of the original owner after a long restoration. I was able to help get this car to the finish line by getting the interior installed, stripping the factory rims and having them powder coated, paint touch ups and replacing the fuel pump. This car sat for 11 years after being painted so it was very cool to get it running again and home for Christmas.

This Beautiful 1925 model T was back in the shop this week. This car is a driver and unfortunately it had a connecting rod bearing fail. I was able to find one in my parts stash that had good Babbitt and installed it. While we had the oil pan cover off we filed a couple other rod caps and removed some shims to get them all within spec. Then we measured and removed some shims for the main bearings too. We added some oil dippers and drilled the rod caps to get some better oiling to the rods and then added an external oil line to deliver more oil to the front main bearing. This engine is back to how it was on day one and running like a dream. This car will have many more years of fun miles left in it. Happy 100!

After 3 long years I got to send this one home. This little Porsche turned out beautiful but it was the most challenging car I’ve ever had to build. The car sat for close to 40 years and everything needed to be checked or reconditioned. Parts took forever to come and the cost of the parts was mind numbing. The owner couldn’t stop smiling when he got to take it for the first drive.
That is why I do this.

I absolutely love getting up everyday to be able to be work on such amazing machines. We have had a busy summer and are completing some major projects freeing up some shop space for this winter. If you have a project that is stalled or one you would like started give us a call. We are able to do many things in our little shop from metal work to body and paint work. We have a Journeyman mechanic on staff plus a very experienced body and paint guy helping out.
