WE'RE HIRING - THREE POSITIONS

We're growing the crew at Morris Island. All three are full-time, year-round, on-site - no seasonal layoff. Every wage below is starting pay, based on relevant experience.

LEAD MARINE CARPENTER / JOINER - $25-$35/hr
Structural work through to fine joinery. Leadership role.
Relevant experience: yacht work, cabinetry, finished mouldings.

LEAD YACHT FINISH & REFINISH TECHNICIAN - $25-$35/hr
Fairing, spraying, gelcoat. Leadership role.
Relevant experience: fibreglass, composite work, auto body, yacht painting.

SHOP ASSISTANT - $20-$25/hr
Keeping the shop running. No yacht experience needed - we'll train you.
Relevant experience: working in structured environments and maintenance.

Our philosophy is quality over speed. We'd rather have three years of careful work than twenty years of rushed work.
