Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Automotive Service Advisor for a well established automotive repair & towing company in Antigonish, NS. This role is essential to the smooth functioning of daily administrative and production operations. The successful candidate will have to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely communication.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary contact for internal teams, vendors, and service partners
• Manage vehicle appointments, work orders, and service documentation
• Schedule, monitor, and follow up on vehicle servicing, inspections, and rework
• Maintain accurate records and data entry within sage 50
• Support production scheduling, reporting, and general administrative tasks
• Provide clear and professional updates regarding service status, timelines, and issues as necessary
• Perform office administrative duties, including filing, email coordination, and daily task prioritization
Qualifications & Skills
• Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is an asset but willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and administrative abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and office software
• Ability to work effectively in an automotive or production-driven setting
