There is significant demand to get into Highway 63 RV Park, so we don’t typically allow a tenant to sell their RV and have the purchaser move directly into the park.
However, exceptional circumstances call for exceptional measures, and for this one time only, we are allowing one of our lovely tenants to sell her fifth wheel, deck, and shed, WITH the opportunity for the purchaser to move directly into Highway 63 RV Park! A nominal deposit is required and the 2027 seasonal fee is due April 1st 2027.
💰 She is asking $70,000 for the fifth wheel, deck & shed.
Already own an RV? No problem!! The owner is also willing to sell the deck and shed separately, giving someone with their own RV the opportunity to move onto this site.
