We are a modern and well established service centre, and have been serving Alliston and the surrounding areas for over 45 years.

• Your job will include communicating with service client to determine their service needs

• Manage work flow

• Must effectively act as the liaison between the client and technician

• Check on the progress of repair throughout the day; contact clients regarding status of estimates, repairs or promised times, explain cost and time requirements in detail, and get proper authorization before any repairs are performed.

• Providing estimates and quoting repair work

• Ensuring follow up with your customers

• Completing work orders once service is complete. Review every finished repair order for proper completion, pricing and accuracy

• Ensure timely closing of work orders as soon as work is completed. Review the invoice details with the client upon customer pick up

• Collecting payment for work done

Hope everyone has had a safe and enjoyable Christmas! Just want to let everyone know we are still closed for the holiday season and will be opening on January 4th at our regular hours, and will remain open trough lockdown to take care of all your automotive service needs. As our industry has been deamed an essential service, we will be re opening Monday April 6 to do our part and help everyone to stay mobile. We will be taking every precaution to maintain a safe work space as well as protecting the safety of our clients.

Our procedures :

We have limited foot traffic in the shop to employees only (no clients or delivery people)

Clients can put their keys through the drop box to the left the front man door.

Keys as well as all touch points on vehicles will be sanitized to the best of our abilities before and after servicing.

Technicians will be using floor mats, seat covers, gloves, masks while inside all vehicles.

Payments will be arranged over the phone or e transfer.

For customers that are unable to drop their vehicles off for service or uncomfortable leaving their houses during these challenging times, we will be offering complimentary pick up and drop off to help ease stress.

Thank you all for your patience while we shut down the last few weeks. It's our mission to continue to bring you all safe repairs and outstanding customer service!

CARLINE AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES - To our valued customers. Due to the recent coronavirus outbreak we are implementing changes immediately to protect our customers, employee's and their families. As of March 18th we are still open for business but we are temporarily changing the way we do business. For the time being, we are still here to service and repair your vehicle but to do our part to help reduce the spread of this virus we are restricting all walk in traffic. We have a key drop box beside the front door please drop your keys off there and call us at 705 435 4377 to discuss specific details. All service will be done by appointment only and no one will enter shop other than employees. Please call to set up appointment and to discuss work needed to be done. Payments will be made by credit card over the phone and vehicles will left in the lot for pickup. All vehicles will be sanitized to the best of our ability.
