Announcement 📢 As we navigate into this next chapter of life, we ask for a little patience and understanding from our amazing customers ❤️

As many of you know, we run this business with our whole hearts and souls. We are a small family-owned business, and now we are growing our family too. Baby girl is due in just two weeks, although we all know she could decide to make her arrival at any time!

When that time comes, John and Kayla will be stepping away from the office for a few days as we welcome our baby girl and allow our family some time to adjust. During this time, our technicians will continue working hard to keep vehicles repaired and back on the road as quickly as possible, but we kindly ask for your patience while we work through this transition.

John will still be reachable, but responses may be limited while we focus on our family for those first few days. After we’ve had a little time to settle in, we will return to regular operations.

Looking ahead, John will remain full-time at the shop, while Kayla will be taking some time off and then transitioning to working remotely from home until the fall.

Over the past several weeks, we’ve been working hard with our team to prepare for this transition by implementing new systems, new phone systems, and internal procedures to help everything run as smoothly as possible.

We truly appreciate all of the support, understanding, and kindness you continue to show our family and our business. We will keep everyone updated as news comes. Thank you for being part of the T&C family. ❤️

This time of year, we see a big increase in swollen chrome-capped lug nuts. Changes in temperature and moisture can cause these caps to expand, making them difficult to remove—and in some cases, unsafe.

If your lug nuts are swollen, they can:
❌ Be hard or impossible to remove
❌ Cause delays during tire changes
❌ Lead to improper fit with your tools
❌ Increase the risk of damage or wheel issues

✅ The best solution? Replace them with solid lug nuts.
Solid nuts are more durable, reliable, and won’t swell over time—saving you stress and hassle down the road.

If you’re coming in for a tire change or service, we’ll always check your lug nuts and let you know if they need attention.

This filter was so clogged that it actually started getting sucked into the intake tube, causing reduced engine power and loss of speed.
