400,000km engine teardown of a 4.6 2v from a 2008 F150. No issues with the engine; the trucks frame was soft so I was curious enough to see of any damage while using Amsoil with a Ford oil filter. Oil changes were done every 10,000- 12,000km interval. I picked up the truck at 240,000kms.

The truck also every week/few weeks was hauling a trailer or a box full of items.
