LOOKING FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE GLASS TECHNICIAN
Company Overview: Panther Glass and Upholstery, established in 1989 in Abbotsford, B.C., is one of the premier RV glass installers in the Valley and an accredited ICBC shop. We offer mobile installation services to our valued customers and take pride in our long-standing commitment to exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a skilled and certified Glass Technician to join our dedicated father-daughter team, which has proudly served the community’s glass and upholstery needs for decades.
Position Overview: As a Glass Technician at Panther Glass and Upholstery, you will assume a leadership role in the following key responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and replace vehicle and equipment glass, including back-glass heating elements.
• Assess and diagnose glass damage.
• Remove damaged glass and perform rock chip repairs.
• Utilize a variety of tools to ensure efficient and effective repairs.
• Deliver precise and high-quality craftsmanship in all tasks.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:
• Extensive experience in automotive glass repair and replacement.
• A valid Class 5 driver’s license
• The physical capability to lift and handle large windshields (up to 50 lbs) safely.
• Automotive Glass Technician certifications.
• Experience with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is preferred.

For the right candidate, there is also the potential for an exciting Apprenticeship opportunity within our small, community-oriented team. Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with possibility of a 4 day work week. Wages will be based on experience
