When cutting corners, costs more in the long run... 🙄

The owner of this Mustang Mach-E previously inquired about our shop’s ceramic coating packages, interested in enhancing their vehicle’s appearance and protection. However, they ultimately chose a “local detailer”, attracted by what seemed to be a “better deal” promised to them. Unfortunately, this decision led to a horrible experience, causing significant damage to the vehicle’s surface and overall finish, which now requires professional restoration, and the entire service needs to be redone with proper technique. 🥱

Fast forward to now, the Mach-E arrived at our shop. After inspection, it was immediately clear something was wrong: the soap clung instead of beading, indicating poor hydrophobic effects of the fresh coating, likely from poor application or product issues. The paint was poorly polished, with compound residue and polisher marks in every crack and crevice. 🫠

We spent many days and countless hours carefully working on this project, removing compound buildup, and assessing the paint correction needed to restore this stunning Mach-E to the condition it deserves. 😵‍💫

Lesson learned: Cheap costs more in the long run. Quality work, done right the first time, pays off, protects your investment, and saves you time, money, and frustration from fixing mistakes. 🫡
