SALES REPRESENTATIVE – AUTOMOTIVE PARTS
📍 Location: Goldwagen Commerce Park, Gaborone
Are you passionate about the automotive industry, knowledgeable about vehicle spare parts, and driven to achieve sales targets?
Goldwagen Commerce Park is looking for a motivated, experienced and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Minimum Requirements
✅ Degree in Computers, Information Technology or a related field.
✅ Minimum 2 years' experience in automotive spare parts sales.
✅ Excellent proficiency in both English and Setswana, written and spoken.
✅ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email and sales systems.
✅ Good knowledge of automotive spare parts and vehicle components.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
✅ Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable spare parts.
✅ Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet targets.
✅ Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
✅ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
✅ Honest, reliable, self-motivated and a strong team player.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Assist customers with automotive spare parts enquiries and purchases.
🔹 Identify and recommend the correct spare parts for different vehicle models.
🔹 Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up on sales enquiries.
🔹 Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide professional service.
🔹 Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
🔹 Assist with stock enquiries, inventory checks and product availability.
