RSEB suspends Sherza Ventures Ltd Securities

The Royal Securities Exchange of Bhutan (RSEB) had suspended the securities of Sherza Ventures Ltd. from secondary market transactions with effect from November 10, 2025, for a period of six months.

In the interest of maintaining market integrity the suspension is inline with section 7.2 subsection (iii) and (vi) of the Rules Governing the Official Listing of Securities.
