D**g Nai Forest Protection Department said that from 2010 up to now, 7 wild elephants have died in D**g Nai. In recent years, due to the narrow habitat and lack of food sources, the wild elephants in D**g Nai have frequently moved to the fields of the people, destroying crops and fruit trees. Recently, D**g Nai Forest Protection Department has built and put into operation an electric fence with a length of 50 km to prevent elephants from entering the fields.
