Exciting plans for this year 2021 w its official launch April 2021. Plans include a new pool & deck & a beach-side deck as well for more beach-side events & regular weekly diving & pool trydives w 2-3 dedicated boats in KB!
Also more corporate events & watersports BBQ parties for groups & new activities w a dedicated Poni KB team keeping our office open regularly & collaborations w local associations & clubs to promote the beach lifestyle!
Poni Divers KB is now closed for the off-season & will be opening again in late March / early April 2021. More dates TBA later!
Unfortunately, we’ve had a bit of a quiet year as Poni Divers KB has been closed most of 2020 due to Covid and our focus on the development of alternative revenue streams at our main operations center in response to Covid, but we’ll be more than making up for it with a busy line-up of exciting developments this year.
We’ll be looking for part-time instructors & guides & office staff for April 2021 onwards, volunteers definitely welcome! If you’re looking to have some fun weekends working in exchange for free dives & dive courses and working your way up to a PADI Divemaster, just drop Anna a message at 7229066.

Happy New Year everyone! Its been a tough year for us at Poni but we’re proud to say that, despite this year's challenges to the travel industry, 2020 has been our best yet, thanks to your support and the support of the wider community & the government. To show our appreciation, we’ll be hosting a Customer Appreciation Week in March 2021 w the start of the dive season!

Some amazing milestones for us in 2020, Business SME Excellence Award for Poni Group Sdn Bhd, coverage by , ISO9001 certification, new branch at (Poni Antara), expansion at Poni Base, new facility at Anjung Layar Luncur beside RBYC, new Muara Conference Room at our Muara Admin Office, new tactical dive training program w local enforcement agencies, big growth w w partnerships w major MNCs, & the start of our first major project as a main contractor.
Big lineup of plans in 2021 w w the celebration of our 10 Year Anniversary in March 2021 (that was postponed from March 2020 due to Covid) & the launch of Poni Adventures & Poni Foundation along w expanded services under Poni Marine to instrumentation supply, tactical supply & training, scientific marine research, vessel services & a complete overhaul of our internal work & safety procedures in line w the ISO45001 certification w a new customer service experience.
We’ll be closed for 2 weeks in Jan 2020 for our exciting relocation to our new facility! Dates to be announced shortly! We’ll also be re-launching Poni Dive Club w more events & workshops to get you back in the water for advanced adventures!
2020 was definitely the year for the Ladies w nearly half our new divers all-female! Looking forward to seeing everyone of all abilities & backgrounds diving with us this year 2021 through our special offers, sponsored activities & our disabled diver program.
