Hyundai i30N Manual – One of the most engaging hot hatches to drive.

This i30N was recently purchased as a used vehicle and came equipped with a Forge Motorsport Intake Kit, Forge Motorsport Blow-Off Valve, and a custom decat downpipe.

Following our comprehensive health check and road test, we discovered that despite the performance hardware, the vehicle was still running on the factory ECU calibration, meaning the modifications were not being fully utilized.

To complete the setup, we recommended:

This A35 came in for a Milltek Sport exhaust system to achieve a deeper, sportier exhaust note while maintaining everyday comfort.

The ECE-approved system retains the factory mid-pipe resonator for a refined driving experience, while replacing the rear muffler and reusing the original electronically controlled exhaust valve.

To give the driver full control, we also installed the Milltek Sport Valve Controller, offering three selectable modes:

BMW G30 520i – Maintenance & Performance Upgrade 🔥

This BMW G30 520i came in for a comprehensive maintenance service, including:

🔧 Liqui Moly Engine Oil Service
🔧 Transmission Service
🔧 Rear Differential (Axle) Service
🔧 Comprehensive Vehicle Inspection
🚀 Upgraded from factory 520i performance to 530i+ power with our Custom Stage 1 ECU Calibration

While in the workshop, we also unlocked the true potential of its BMW B48 2.0 Turbo engine.

Although the 520i shares the same B48 engine as the more powerful 530i, it's factory detuned. With our Custom Stage 1 ECU Calibration, we increased the output from 184HP / 290NM to 250HP / 400NM — delivering approximately 30% more power and torque.

Our calibration focuses on:
✅ Sharper throttle response
✅ Smoother, more linear power delivery
✅ Daily drivability and long-term reliability

To further improve engine longevity, we also performed our Electronic Thermostat Adjustment, reducing the coolant operating temperature from approximately 105°C to 95°C, resulting in lower engine oil temperatures and reduced thermal stress.
