EuroAssistance24 TM is part of Euro-Varna EOOD a family-run company with over 30 years of experience in the tourism and assistance coordination services for heavy commercial vehicles.

In 2008, the company expanded its offerings to include assistance and customer care through a partnership with Service 24 Solutions Austria. This partnership has allowed Euro-Varna to develop a successful B2B customer support business based in Varna.

Joining as sub-contractor in 2022, the company took a major step forward with the conclusion of a joint-venture between Service 24 and ADAC, forming a new company called 24/7 GmbH. This venture combines the expertise, network, and sales capabilities of both companies, making them stronger together.
