ALIENO factory - R&D Room 3 - 3D printing of plastic parts. - Video 1.

За изработка на мастър модели (позитив, плъг) и матрици за производството на ALIENO хиперколите, от средата на 2025г в ALIENO фабриката в Туховища вече работи модерен център за 3D принтиране на пластмасови детайли. Основните материали с които работим са ABS и ASA. Първите детайли, които произведохме чрез 3D принтиране бяха предните фарове, стоповете и основите за петте видеокамери на първият прототип на електрическата хиперкола ALIENO SENTIERO. На по-късен етап в експлоатация ще бъдат и 3D принтерите ни за метални детайли. В момента в експлоатация са 15 броя 3D принтери за пластмасови детайли:
- 1 брой Tronxy VEHO 2010-10A с работен обхват 2000x1000x1000mm (2x1x1m)
- 2 броя Creality K2 Plus Combo с работен обхват 350x350x350mm
- 4 броя Bambu Lab X1-Carbon Combo с работен обхват 256x256x256mm
- 8 броя Bambu Lab P1S Combo с работен обхват 256x256x256mm

For the production of master models (positive, plug) and molds for the production of the ALIENO hypercars, since mid-2025, a modern center for 3D printing of plastic parts has been operating at the ALIENO factory in Tuhovishta. The main materials we work with are ABS and ASA. The first parts we produced through 3D printing were the headlights, taillights and bases for the five video cameras of the first prototype of the electric hypercar ALIENO SENTIERO. At a later stage, our 3D printers for metal parts will also be in operation. Currently, 15 3D printers for plastic parts are in operation:
- 1 Tronxy VEHO 2010-10A with a build volume of 2000x1000x1000mm (2x1x1m)
- 2 Creality K2 Plus Combo with a build volume of 350x350x350mm
- 4 Bambu Lab X1-Carbon Combo with a build volume of 256x256x256mm
- 8 Bambu Lab P1S Combo with a build volume of 256x256x256mm
