F20C - S2000 full engine rebuild after other shop ruined the engine for a better sale 😳

Mindblow how some mechanics try to build a car/engine just for maximum benefit’s.

Customers engine came in with knocking sound. After he just drove less then 100km after he bought the car.
After dismantling the engine the damage appeared instant. Main bearing caps damaged, cranck toasted, cylinder liners all chewed up. So we put new sleeves, pistons,crank and all other necessary parts to bring back a brand new engine.

One of the most disappointed things on the Fk8 is that the oil temp gauge isn’t assigned in the oem cluster.
made perfect fit airvent modules.
No more guessing about some engine conditions.
Data is key. ☝🏼
