With 2025 coming to an end, we gratefully look back on a year of exciting moments and opportunities on our path.

🎬 In March, we organized our first driving event, where we offered our first pre-order customers and other supporters a technical deep-dive and a ride in our unique vehicle at the Aldenhoven Testing Center. We also remembered this day for the feedback from our fans whose preferences will feed into the design going forward.
💡 Related to sustainalbe design and development, we happily joined the EU Cypress project, which aims atmaximizing the use of rare materials and minimum variation with a focus on circularity of electric vehicles. Both our vehicles were selected for integration of the modular battery design.
👑 The absolute cherry on the cake this year, was our acquisition of the Carver technology and brand. This acquisition -combined with the support of Lynx ApS- makes us at Kerv Automotive a globally leading party in relevant technology, patents and ready-to-build vehicles with an active tilting system. This acquisition broadened our product portfolio and platform to other mobility needs. We already made some significant progress towards a production restart and update of the Carver models.

After a short break, we will continue these projects into 2026 and invite you to join us on this next part of our journey!

📈 Market demand and consumer preferences: Americans increasingly favor trucks for daily driving, not just work, pushing automakers to prioritize comfort, size, and luxury.
🛠️ Regulatory loopholes: Trucks are subject to different safety and fuel economy standards than passenger cars, allowing manufacturers to build them larger without the same restrictions.
💰 Profit margins: Bigger trucks mean bigger profits. Automakers have strong financial incentives to keep upsizing.
🚧 Design trends: Taller hoods and aggressive styling have become popular, even though they reduce visibility and increase pedestrian risk.

📣 Major news announcement! 📣

Kerv is proud to announce that is has managed to acquire the Carver Technology and Intellectual Property. Carver forms a solid addition to the Kerv portfolio as we keep the heritage alive! Next to the development of our high-speed variant, we will look into optimizing the design towards a possible re-entering into production. We will also preserve the Carver ecosystem, by supporting existing Carver owners and keep their babies on the road.

👀 We will inform you ASAP while we take some time to explore how to best support the people forming the community we know and love!
