Yazaki EMEA is the leading supplier of wiring harnesses, electronic components and connections systems.

The beginnings of Yazaki can be traced back to the 1920s in Japan. In 1929, Sadami Yazaki began selling electric cables for automobiles. What once started as a one-man-business, developed over the years with the foundation of “Yazaki Corporation” in 1941 into a globally operating automotive supplier. Today, Yazaki is a market leader in the area of automotive wiring harness systems and supplies all major OEMs with innovative solutions. The company is still family-owned and its headquarters are located in Susono at the foot of Mount Fuji. More than 249 000 committed and highly motivated employees working in 45 countries contribute to Yazaki’s global success.

Meet Ghada Lespinasse, Head of Costing & Pricing for Yazaki's Electronic Product Group.

Combining commercial expertise with strong cross-functional collaboration, Ghada leads a team responsible for costing and pricing activities that support competitive business decisions across electronics projects. She also plays a key role in driving the development and adoption of innovative costing tools, helping to streamline processes and create value for both customers and the business.

Outside of work, Ghada enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, cooking, traveling, and skiing, bringing the same energy and balance to her personal life as she does to her professional role.

More than 200 colleagues from across Yazaki EMEA registered for our latest StrongHER online event to challenge stereotypes and discuss how unconscious bias influences the way women are perceived in the workplace.

Through open discussions and shared experiences, we explored how unconscious bias influences perceptions of women's abilities, professional credibility, and opportunities in the workplace.

One message stood out: Our abilities should define us, not the labels others place on us.
Thank you to everyone who joined the conversation, shared their experiences, and helped make this StrongHER event meaningful.

Our colleagues at the Yazaki Logistics Hub Morocco came together for the annual Quality Circle Competition, showcasing different projects focused on improving processes, efficiency, and operational performance.

The competition reflects Yazaki’s commitment to continuous optimization, providing a platform for teams to identify opportunities, develop practical solutions, and contribute to operational excellence. Turning engineering challenges into innovation: At our Bursa Technical Hub, a real-world engineering challenge from the Clip Checker Fixture project evolved into two internationally published research studies.

In collaboration with Bursa Uludağ University, our Turkish Equipment Design Engineering team investigated how to optimize 3D printing parameters for PLA components used in in-house tooling. The results identified key drivers of performance, efficiency, and dimensional accuracy, helping transform research into practical solutions.

This achievement highlights the power of combining engineering expertise, innovation, and academic collaboration to drive smarter manufacturing at Yazaki.

October is dedicated worldwide to raising awareness of breast cancer. Pink October reminds us of the importance of awareness, early detection and open conversations around the topic. It is also an opportunity to show solidarity with everyone affected by breast cancer.
Throughout the month, various events will take place at our locations, focusing on health and wellbeing while also raising awareness of breast health and disease prevention. Together, we want to help give this important issue greater visibility and show our support for those affected.
