How do we help shape the next generation of automotive professionals?
By creating opportunities for students to connect, learn, and grow.

At Yazaki EMEA, we are committed to connecting with future talent and creating opportunities for students to explore careers in the automotive industry. Through career events, university partnerships, and development initiatives, we help shape the next generation of professionals.
As a recent example of this commitment, our team in Zagreb, Croatia, participated in two major career events, engaging directly with students through interactive discussions and a technical workshop that showcased Yazaki’s technologies, expertise, and career opportunities.

At Yazaki, our people make the difference. The Yazaki Spirit Awards recognize colleagues who bring our values to life every day and inspire those around them.

One of our award winners is Lavinia Dinca, Line Leader at Yazaki Romania. She was honored for a standout improvement initiative that helped the plant navigate a challenging situation. By initiating and coordinating a multi-skilled team, she ensured greater flexibility, reduced the impact of absenteeism, and safeguarded production continuity.

The award ceremony was both inspiring and motivating, underlining the value of commitment, initiative, and continuous improvement. It reinforced a clear message: taking ownership, proposing solutions, and working together are key to our shared success.

World Blood Donor Day celebrates the millions of voluntary donors around the globe and highlights their vital role. Established by the World Health Organization, this day also raises awareness of the continuous need for safe blood donations.

At Yazaki EMEA, blood donation is a key event, perfectly reflecting our commitment to social responsibility and making a meaningful difference. This year alone, more than 1,300 donations were made across Yazaki EMEA through drives organized at various sites, providing around 600 liters of blood in total – enough to potentially save 4,000 lives. Participating locations included our sites in Croatia, Morocco, Romania, Turkey, as well as Ukraine.

Together, we are proving that small actions create a big impact, as every donation can mean a life saved, a family supported, and a stronger, more compassionate community.
