After refining of crude oil, about 26% diesel, 8% octane and petrol, 21% kerosene, 24% furnace oil, 1% of JBO are obtained and the rest 20% are available as other fuel oil and byproducts. In the country, 49.78% of the fuel oil is used in transport, 18.02% in agriculture, 22.84% in electricity production, 4.55% in households and others and 4.81% is being used in the industrial sector.
