অর্ডার সংক্রান্ত নিয়মাবলীঃ

ডেলিভারী চার্জঃ

ঢাকা সিটির মধ্যে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ৬০ টাকা।
ঢাকার বাইরে সব স্থানে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১৩০ টাকা। ঢাকার বাইরে পণ্য অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারী চার্জটি আগে বিকাশ করতে হবে। বাকি টাকা প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করার পর দিতে হবে। কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসে পণ্য পাঠানোর পর এর স্লিপ নাম্বার আপনাকে ইনবক্সে সরবরাহ করা হব।

ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি ও সময়ঃ

ঢাকার মধ্যে কাস্টমারের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী কিছু কি

ছু অর্ডার এর ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের নিজিস্ব ডেলিভারি ম্যান ডেলিভারি করে থাকে। এজন্য কাস্টমের এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করে ডেলিভারির সময় নির্ধারণ করা হয়
ঢাকা সহ সারা বাংলাদেশে REDX, Pathao এর মধ্যেমে হোম ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়। হোম ডেলিভারি সময় ঢাকার মধ্যে ২৪ থেকে ৪৮ ঘন্টা। ঢাকার বাহিরে ৩ থেকে ৭ দিন ।
ঢাকার বাহিরে সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ার এর মধ্যমে ও প্রোডাক্ট পাঠানো হয়। এক্ষেত্রে সময় লাগবে ২ থেকে ৩ দিন।

ডেলিভারীর সময় করণীয়ঃ

যেহেতু আমরা থার্ড পার্টি ডেলিভারী সার্ভিস দ্বারা পণ্য ডেলিভারী দিয়ে থাকি, তাই অনুগ্রহ করে ডেলিভারী নেওয়ার সময় পণ্যটি চেক করে নিবেন।
পণ্যে কোন ত্রুটি দেখলে বা ভুল পণ্য পেলে বা পণ্য সংখ্যা ঠিক না থাকলে, অনুগ্রহ করে ডেলিভারী ম্যানের সামনে থাকা অবস্থায় আমাদেরকে জানাতে হবে ০১৭১৩১১৫৯৪৪
ডেলিভারী ম্যান চলে গেলে পণ্যটি ফেরত আনা অথবা পাল্টে দেয়া আমাদের জন্য কষ্ট সাধ্য হয়ে যায়।


প্রোডাক্ট খুলে ফেলার পরেঃ

প্রোডাক্ট খুলে ফেলার পরে তাতে কোন ত্রুটি থাকলে সেটা আমরা ফ্রি তে রিপ্লেস করে দেবো দ্রুততম সময়ের মধ্যে।

পণ্যের ইমেজ এবং ভিডিওঃ

আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজ এ সকল পণ্যের রিয়েল ইমেজ এবং ভিডিও দেয়া আছে। আপনি চাইলে আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিম আবারও ইমেজ কিংবা ভিডিও সরবরাহ করবে।

রিটার্ন করার জন্যঃ

প্যাকেট খুলে ফেলার পরে তাতে কোন ত্রুটি থাকলে সেটা আমরা ফ্রি তে রিপ্লেস করে দেবো। কিন্তু পণ্যটি আপনার অপছন্দ হওয়ার কারনে ফেরত দিতে চাইলে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারী চার্জ দিতে হবে।

পণ্য ও সার্ভিস সম্পর্কিত কোনো অভিযোগের জন্য আমাদের কমপ্লেইন্ট টীম আপনাকে ফোন করবেন। এ জন্য আপনার অভিযোগটি সমাধান না হওয়া পর্যন্ত আপনাকে আমরা ফোনে সক্রিয় পেতে চাই। আপনার যোগাযোগে দেওয়া নম্বরটি সক্রিয় না থাকলে বিকল্প কোনো নম্বর সক্রিয় থাকতে হবে। রিফান্ডের জন্য আপনাকে টাকাটি ফেরতের মাধ্যম আমাদের জানাতে হবে। আমরা আপনার কোনো প্রকার সহযোগিতা ১৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ফোনে অথবা ইমেইলে না পেলে আপনার অভিযোগটি নিস্পত্তি বলে মনে করবো
