Position: Service Advisor / Service Manager
Vacancy: 01
Job Requirements:
+ Help identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test.
+ Prepare a repair order showing time, cost and labor estimates for service.
+ Write a brief description of the customer’s concern on the repair order to help the technician locate the problem.
+ Explain the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer.
+ Handle customer complaints.
+ Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
+ Test drives the vehicle with the customer as needed to confirm the problem or refer to the test technician.
+ Refer to service history, inspect vehicles, and recommend additional needed service.
+ Implement and maintain a service marketing program.
+ Review repair orders to ensure that work is completed, and additional work and authorization is noted.
+ Keep service department forms, menus and pricing guides up to date.
+ Implement a quality control process to eliminate comebacks.
+ Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
+ Able to use Inventory Management/POS Software.
+ Manage spare parts inventory and reorder when necessary.
+ Maintain warranty claim, free service coupons and communication with Bangladesh Honda Private Limited in due time.
+ Maintain a professional appearance.
+ Keep the work area clean.
+ Other tasks as assigned by management.
Educational Requirements:
+ Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
+ Educational qualification will be relaxed for the candidates who have well work experience in relevant fields.
Experience Requirements: 2 to 4 years experience in relevant fields.
