A 120 sq ft sound proof room, which is air conditioned and IPS facilitated is available to rent for music/band practice. State of the art sound system with Yamaha drumkit should be able to make your practice a good one. The room is maintained and owned by Nafeez, a musician who has over the years has played with a lot of reknowned bands. Thus, demo recording facility is also available. They are 10

am - 2pm, 2pm - 6pm & 6pm - 9:30pm. The price of each shift is TK 400 which includes the use of Sound system, drums, aircon and customers full liability on accidental damage. However, you may choose to reduce the liability to 50% and avail the IPS facility by an additional TK100 only. Makes things a lot easier.....
