We had this car come in with water damage to the interior. Everything stripped out. Cleaned and sanitized, also in the areas where there was signs of corrosion we sprayed a corrosion inhibitor to protect the areas.
No matter what the issue is we get to the bottom of it and get it sorted in a timely manner. It's amazing what water damage can do to areas you wouldn't even think of.

Ok everyone. Here is the scoop on what to do with your car that is covered in ash. Only use a hose to wash it off. Use the jet setting on the selector if you have one. The areas of heavy build up will wash away. Do not use a sponge or anything else. Once the ash is all gone (you can feel it gone) then get a good car wash and wax and give it a good shampoo.
Also remember the ash is in every nook and cranny so be careful when opening the doors as there may be a buildup in the door jambs and it could make it's way into the interior. Also open your engine bay and wash around the edges as well. Not the engine!
The roads will be very dusty for quite a while so unnecessary driving will also speed up the clogging of the air filter of the engine. Get them checked and replaced if necessary.
If the ash is still falling a bit just use the hose to wash off until this craziness is over. Hope this helps.
